Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To submit a withdrawal request, please contact our customer service through the Contact page on our website in order to receive return instructions.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@modesoie.com and send your item to: 173 rue des écoles, Saint Cergues, Haute-Savoie, 74140, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: 173 rue des écoles, Saint Cergues, Haute-Savoie, 74140, France.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
